What is a Clemente Course?

The Clemente Course teaches the humanities at the college level to people living in economic distress. The course is free, including all books, lessons, and field trips. College professors teach literature, history, art history, philosophy, critical thinking, and writing. The course begins on August 30, 2021 and runs through April 20, 2022. Students will earn college credit upon completing the two semester course.

Class meets twice a week - in person.

Who?

Adults  living in the greater Savannah area who have been living in economic distress and are ready to take charge of their lives through increased cultural literacy.

When?

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30pm

August 30, 2021 - April 20 , 2022 with holiday breaks
